Deliveries and Returns

We offer delivery of your PeliPop epilator to a Pickup Point. Delivery is estimated between 3 and 5 business days from the date your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Home delivery costs €8.99 including VAT . Delivery is estimated to take between 2 and 4 business days from the date your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you wish to return your product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. To make a return, please first contact us via our contact form available on the website. The product must be returned in its original, complete and unused condition. Upon receipt and validation of the return, we will proceed to the refund via the payment method used for the purchase. Products on sale and/or ordered with a promotional code cannot be returned.

Please check the delivery address carefully when ordering , as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect.
